This first expansion offers a new way to play Sub Terra II by introducing a "1 vs. all" mode, where one player takes on the role of Typhon himself. This player controls the guardians and hazards using special cards.
In addition, two new characters and new guardians appear (they fly, they can attack from a distance, and some are immortal).
