Terms and Conditions of Sale
It is hereby stated that these conditions govern the sales, by Eurl Ludi'jeux, of games, playing cards, figurines, and derivative products on their website www.ludijeux.fr. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
-
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs (see Delivery Times and Costs). Regarding the price of books, this is established in strict compliance with the Lang Law 81-766 of August 10, 1981.
-
In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and to French overseas departments and territories, the price will be calculated without taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be due. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of EURL Ludi'Jeux. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
-
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
-
Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are placed.
-
Products remain the property of EURL Ludi'Jeux until full payment of the price.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Ludi'Jeux constitutes proof of all transactions made by EURL Ludi'Jeux and its customers.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock. In this context, indications of product availability are provided to you when you place your order. Information on the site is provided for informational purposes only (simultaneous orders or stock error. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. As this information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or modifications may exceptionally occur).
In the event of product unavailability after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or mail as soon as we receive information from our suppliers. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
Beyond a period of 3 months, paid balances by credit card that have not been honored are cancelled, due to the expiry of the direct debit authorization on the card.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process. Games are sent, according to your choice, via Colissimo tracked to your home or a relay point (48-72 hours - working days).
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the site), Ludi'Jeux reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. Only items shipped will be debited.
In case of shipping delay, an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product has not been shipped, you can still cancel your order.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Credit card payment is made during the processing and shipping of the order.
ARTICLE 7 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
You have a period of 14 days from receipt to return any product that does not suit you.
The return costs will then be at your expense.
Returns should be sent to:
Ludi'jeux

The return must be in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...) and in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please notify us by email or phone.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 8 - PRODUCT CONFORMITY
We undertake to exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged, or do not correspond to your order. In this case, we kindly ask you to state this in detail in writing or by email. In case of missing parts, we will undertake to request them from the publisher and send them to you. In case of defective products or elements, please return the product(s) or elements to us so that we can send you replacement elements. Please contact Ludi'Jeux to learn about the return procedures.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed to you based on the least expensive rate available at the time of placing the order. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee, particularly those relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfied or refunded) provided for in Article 7.
ARTICLE 9 - REFUND
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles 7 and 8 will be made within a period of 30 days or less after receipt of the products by us. The refund will be made at the discretion of EURL Ludi'Jeux either by credit to your bank account or by bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address. No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
