Shipments are made in FRANCE ONLY from Monday to Saturday. Products are delivered to the Mondial Relay Point address you provided during the order process.
For any order over €60, shipping costs are free for MONDIAL RELAY shipments ONLY!
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the site), Ludi'Jeux reserves the right to split the shipments. Shipping and handling fees will only be charged for a single shipment. Only items shipped will be debited.
In case of shipping delay, an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product has not been shipped, you can still cancel your order.
