Sans Pitié La Retenue is a party game for younger players with a simple and incongruous concept. It's the ideal game for fun at a family party or with friends!
Each player receives 12 answer cards. The first game master draws a situation card from the pile and reads it aloud. All other players choose the answer card from their hand that best completes the played card, and place it face down on the table. The game master shuffles the played answer cards and reads them one by one, repeating the situation card each time. The game master chooses the card they find the funniest and gives a point (the situation card) to the player who played it. For the next round, the player who won the point becomes the game master. Players draw an answer card to always have 12 in their hand. The first player to score 7 points wins the game, but it is highly recommended to continue playing beyond that!
