Fluid and deep? Otys!
The world has been submerged for decades, despite all the warnings about climate change. Technological wonders and resources lie beneath the oceans, while human colonies endure on the surface.
In this optimization and development game for experienced players, players attempt to retrieve these goods from different depths. The Otys colony has assigned them an objective that earns notoriety points. The first player to accumulate 18 wins the game.
Each level requires an investment in oxygen and energy. Every action on the board triggers reactions: certain resources are available at a specific level out of the 5 available. And only five of your eight divers are out, with a precise effect per level... Plan your underwater excursions carefully! Your various divers also have special abilities, all useful for achieving objectives, obtaining financial means, or extending dives, for example. A resource market allows you to optimize your equipment and thus your actions. This abundance of combinations and constraints makes Otys a fast-paced game, both complex and fluid, in which reflection is as important as risk-taking.
