So what exactly is a "Dad Joke"? To be clear, it's a terrible joke, the kind your dad might tell...
But it's also a series of Quebecois videos created by the Gaboom team (you absolutely must check them out if you don't know them, it's good to laugh sometimes!).
In these videos, 2 teams compete in a merciless joke battle. This game is an adaptation of those successful videos.
Form two teams, each team chooses its first player. The two players stand face-to-face for the first duel. Each in turn reads a joke; the first to laugh gives a point to the opposing team. Each time someone laughs, another member of their team replaces them. The first team to score 5 points wins.
To loosen up players who are too serious, "Say your joke..." cards are added. You must then read the joke in the manner indicated on the card. For example, say your joke with a Chinese accent!
