Stratego Original is a game rich in adventure and surprises. You command an army whose units have different values.
You are the commander-in-chief, your mission is to capture your opponent's flag and defend your own.
You win the game if your opponent can no longer move.
To begin, you place your pieces secretly. Your opponent must not know the tactical setup you will use to defend your flag. Your army must be positioned offensively.
The battle can then begin. You test your opponent's strength. Is your army's formation strong enough to win the battle? Yes? Then it's time to launch a decisive attack!
