In the streets of Amsterdam!
In this image-based communication game, two teams of detectives compete in real-time to solve a case faster than the police. The game is played in a series of rounds. The first team to win two rounds closes the case before the rival agency.
Each detective agency is made up of a liaison officer, who has the solution to the investigation and will attempt, without speaking, using illustrated cards (in the purest tradition of Dixit or Mysterium), to best direct their detective partners who will move one or two squares each turn, towards the solution.
But they must do so with discernment, because only they know the true nature of the central board squares. Neutral squares, clues, aggressive police, exits... Each move can be decisive.
To solve the case, the liaison officer must consecutively bring the investigators to three "evidence" squares, then guide them to one of the squares where their client is located, and finally exit the board, all before the opposing agency which, of course, pursues the same goal.
Watch out for police markers! The police view the unfair competition from private agencies with a jaundiced eye and will issue warnings to those who cross their path. At the third warning, the agency will lose the round; one does not trifle with the law!
Investigation, deduction, image-based communication, real-time, all the ingredients are there to get your brain working, in the streets of Amsterdam!
