The game that drives you crazy!
A crazy fast-paced action and counting game! Your mission is to count potatoes. But beware! Everyone has the same job and there's only one pencil that players constantly steal from each other! So hurry up and become the new Potato King!
Game rules:
In the game Presse Patate, your goal is to be the first to reach 50 potatoes on the Patatometer sheet in front of you. There's just one difficulty to overcome: you all play at the same time, and with only one pencil!
After all shouting "3 - 2 - 1... Presse Patate !", the player with the pencil starts to fill, as quickly as possible, the Patatometer sheet in front of them by writing each number of potatoes from 1 to 50, one number per empty potato. Meanwhile, the player to their left rolls the die and performs the action indicated by the die roll, then immediately passes the die to their left neighbor, and so on.
Distraction, hot potato, pencil theft, Patatometer exchanges... Each die roll can increase the frantic pace of your game!
The game ends as soon as a player writes the number 50 in the very last potato on the Patatometer sheet in front of them. They loudly proclaim their victory by shouting "50 POTATOES!!!" If the other players aren't too upset, start a new game!
