In Phantom Ink, there are 2 teams, each consisting of a Spirit and one or more Mediums. The Mediums must guess a Secret Object that both Spirits know.
Each Spirit wants their Medium(s) to find the Secret Object first. The Mediums of each team take turns asking their Spirit a secret question to get an answer (a Clue) about the Secret Object. The Spirit writes the Clue slowly, letter by letter, until interrupted by their team, who does not want to reveal their Clue to the opponents.
The first team to guess the Secret Object wins!
