In the game Perladôra, to win the Pearls, define territories by placing Pontoons and place your Divers to become the majority there. In each game turn the question is simple: place a Diver or place two Pontoons?
But the answer is subtle because it will have strong implications for the course of the game.
Anticipate, measure the consequences and risks, evaluate the opponent's approach, bluff... and then perhaps you can win.
