In Patchwork, two players compete to build the most aesthetic patchwork on a personal 9x9 game board, choosing new pieces from those available.
Creating beautiful quilts takes time and effort. The available fabric scraps don't easily fit together. So choose your pieces wisely and maintain a good supply of buttons, not only to complete your quilt, but also to make it more beautiful and durable than your opponent's. Don't get too far ahead of the clock, or you risk losing your turn. The player who creates a patchwork without holes on their grid will earn the maximum points.
