Don't forget any Woopies!
The medieval city of Parthenay comes alive for its summer festival! The Fool has escaped from the magical world where the fairy Melusine once imprisoned him. He spreads joy and chaos through the streets of the city and its surroundings.
Explore these emblematic places and try to find the "woopies", these funny colorful creatures. And if you are lucky enough to meet the Fool, don't hesitate to catch him to put an end to his incessant antics!
Game rules:
In the game Hark, Hark!, you will have to remember the places visited and count the woopies encountered each day. Your mission: convince others of your infallible memory!
In each round, reveal a card from the draw pile by placing it face up in the center of the table, then loudly ask one of the six possible questions: "Hark, hark! How many times have we been to the Castle?", "Hark, hark! How many yellow woopies enchanted our path?", etc... The player to your left must then try to answer the question asked. If no one disputes their answer, the game continues and your turn ends.
However, if someone disagrees with the given answer, there is a challenge: they place their hand on the stack of revealed cards, shouting "Oy!". Each player then takes a side on the correctness of the answer, the already revealed cards are checked, and all those who are wrong draw a penalty Melusine card.
Also, always stay alert: as soon as a card with the Fool is revealed, everyone must place their hand on the pile of revealed cards, shouting "Oy!". The last person to do so receives a penalty Melusine card.
Each challenge or appearance of the Fool triggers the end of the round and the beginning of the next. The game ends as soon as someone gets their third penalty Melusine card. The person with the fewest penalty Melusine cards wins the game!
