Play as scallywags!
You're part of a gang of street urchins working for the wily old Fagin. He gives you a bit of money in exchange for the loot you pilfer from the streets of London (actually, he resells what you bring him for much more, but oh well...). Over the two rounds of the game, day and night, steal as many items as possible to resell them to Fagin while avoiding being spotted by the police. Only the richest (let's not exaggerate) at the end of the game can hope to regain their freedom! A game consists of 2 rounds, one during the Day, then one during the Night. During these 2 rounds, players each embody a street urchin belonging to the same gang. However, interests diverge, and each will try to bring valuable items to Fagin, for their own benefit, in order to win the game. But beware of the police if you take too many risks by snatching things in the streets! The more exposed you are, the more charges will accumulate against you! In turn, players must perform 1 action from the following 3:
- Prowl
- Go to Fagin's
- Ask for help / Hide
At the end of the game, the player who has collected the most money wins and can buy their freedom from Fagin (that old fox will have gotten the better of you until the very end!).
