Equinox is a bidding game where fantastic creatures gather in the forest in order to be written into the legendary storybook that will be read for generations to come. In each round, players place cards in front of the creatures, and the one with the lowest value is eliminated. Players also place bets and can use the creatures' special powers.
Fans of Dr. Reiner Knizia will recognize a revised edition of the game Colossal Arena released long ago. To celebrate the two equinoxes, two different box illustrations are available.
