Rainbow Caterpillars is a Haba mini-game in a metal tin, for young children.
Players start with a caterpillar head. The principle is to roll the multi-colored die, each in turn, to add a body part of the color rolled.
The only constraint is that you cannot have two rings of the same color on your caterpillar. So, if you roll a color that is already present, you lose your turn.
The winner is the first player to complete their caterpillar.
