Since 1800, Brazil has been one of the largest producers of coffee, a beverage consumed worldwide. The blends invented there have been among the most popular since the early 20th century! So it's only natural that coffee would be the subject of a board game!
In the aptly named Café, each player embodies a company. Their activities? Harvesting, drying, roasting, and then distributing the sacred beverage. Their goal? To create the best coffee supply chain, with complete simplicity!
Café is a strategy game that incorporates many different mechanics (tile placement, card placement, worker placement, pick-up and deliver, etc.) to offer incredible gameplay depth. Every avenue of progress must be considered, and no single one alone guarantees the prosperity of your business!
