A sheriff, outlaws, and a renegade clash in the ruthless Wild West. While the outlaws want to eliminate the sheriff, the renegade's goal is to kill the outlaws and take the sheriff's place. Players' roles are secret except for the sheriff, whose role is revealed at the start of the game after the random distribution of role cards. Before confronting each other in relentless duels, players receive a character card detailing their character's characteristics and health points.
In each turn, players draw two cards and then play as many cards as they wish. However, only one Bang card can be played per turn, and only one weapon can be activated at a time. The number of cards a player can keep in hand at the end of their turn also depends on their health points (a player with 2 health points can only keep 2 cards). Brown-bordered action cards allow players to draw additional cards (Convoys, Stagecoaches), shoot opponents (Bang, Duel), etc. These cards are discarded after use.
Blue-bordered cards, on the other hand, represent offensive or defensive accessories (Remington, Hideout) that are activated by placing them in front of you.
At the beginning of the game, players can only attack their immediate neighbors. Acquiring a weapon will allow them to shoot a greater number of players by increasing their shooting range.
The game ends with the death of the sheriff. If the renegade is the only one left in play, they win. Otherwise, the outlaws win. Conversely, if the sheriff is the last survivor, they win the game.
