You can access it from the train roof or on horseback. You will take passengers hostage there: it's a guaranteed bounty at the end of the game but also a handicap during the game. However, beware of the shotgun shooting indiscriminately on the roof!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhiskey flasks are loot to collect in the wagons.
