During Explorations, if you reveal a Monster card, you still have the option to fight it or continue your exploration... In which case a Leviathan appears in a randomly determined area of this track! If, by mistake, this titanic creature replaced another, the one driven away attacks you - destroying, depending on its type, your Allies, your Influence, or even one of your Lords!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rage and power of the Leviathans are things to be wary of.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo fight them, gather the required Allies, preferably those seasoned in battle, and try to defeat the behemoth. It has three numbered tiers, which must be matched and exceeded during a dice roll. The Allies introduced by the expansion have useful abilities to defeat Leviathans. Some therefore require specific Allies, because their power is such that brute force alone is ineffective...\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWinning requires exceeding all of the Leviathan's tiers. Each dice roll requires a sacrifice of Allies; however, the reward lives up to expectations. Influence, Abyss keys, the loot is plentiful and precious!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese gains may be tempting, but taking down the Leviathans is also a necessity. If the Leviathan deck is emptied, the game ends after a final round.
