In each round, they are rolled, thus randomly designating the accessible districts for the current round.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe first player then chooses a die, takes a resource from the corresponding district, and triggers its effect, for example: exchanging two resources, taking an additional resource elsewhere in the city, or moving the submarine which allows you to take more resources from the district where it is stationed. Each player takes 1 die, then a second round of turns takes place. At the end of the round, the last die remaining on the table indicates how many notches the hand of the central clock advances.
